Focus on human-machine interaction

Omron is taking part in the Hannover Messe (1-5 April), focusing on the “innovative Automation!” concept of and exploring the innovative forms of interaction between humans and machines, with a holistic approach to the flexible production lines of the future.

The connection between humans and machines in the age of artificial intelligence is one of the main topics that will be discussed at the Hannover Fair. Underlining these aspects, Omron will present a portfolio of innovative solutions, including the Edge-based IA Controller, which can accelerate data collection, interpretation and intelligence, harmonize the interaction between humans and machines and improve production flexibility.

At the Omron stand, visitors will be able to see a flexible production line and experience an entire production process, from order entry up to assembly, inspection and delivery. The combination of precision control and mobile and collaborative robots allows the highest levels of flexibility to be achieved in the production line, in order to meet customer demands for greater customisation, without having to reconfigure a line.
