Advanced control of the pressing process

Alfamatic released the newest version of the TRO2, an electronic device mainly addressed to control pressing or press-fitting assembly operations. The tool was specifically developed for being applied in assembly stations or lines in which simultaneous or even non-simultaneous process control is required over more station. Every single device is capable to control two axes.
Process control (which may be performed into several consecutive operations) is based on detecting and analyzing in real time force/position/time/speed curves measured by force and position transducers. The TRO2 system allows for the analysis and control over the whole curve measured in real time. The limits of discrete points controls are then overcome. Finally, the TRO2 fully meets the requirements of Industry 4.0 thanks to the direct connection to the SCADA software.
