New PCP Volumetric Pump technology

DAV Tech introduces a high-level evolution in the volumetric dispensing of silicones, greases, resins, adhesives and fluids with high and low viscosity. Six different sizes to dispense fluids with maximum precision and consistency, without being affected by inlet fluid pressure, viscosity and temperature of the media. The pumps are driven by a controller with touch screen display, making it possible to set and monitor all the dispensing parameters; it also possible to interface it with a PLC for remote control, communication of system statuses and automatic selection of the 15 storable programs. The dispensing is controlled by a gear motor with encoder that allows for the volumetric distribution of the fluid in strips, drops or filling of a determined volume.
The motor, driven in one direction, dispenses the fluid and, if driven in the other direction, sucks it, preventing dripping and stabilizing the pressure in the nozzle.
One of the main advantages is the fast commissioning: the programs, preset in the controller, allow a start up and a precise setting in a few minutes. This can also be performed by personnel without any experience. The pumps, also available in the PDP version, can be ordered in special and customized versions,
such as with PEEK body, ceramic rotor, PA stator, etc.
