Welcome to this sparkling 2022, let the game begin!

It is my privilege to open the year with my thoughts, and I would like to take this opportunity to extend a special greeting to all FEDERTEC members! As the new President of ASSOFLUID, I feel a strong sense of responsibility for this mandate, and from the outset, together with the Board of Directors, I have put all my energy into sharing the key targets, planning for the future and launching the projects that will drive change in the coming years. There are many activities in store and at Association level we are doing our utmost to plan and implement projects that are relevant to all members. Many people are familiar with backgammon. It is a game of skill, but most newcomers consider it a game of luck; making the move that maximises the chances of winning every time is a skill that develops with time, study and perseverance. The best emerge with time, not with a simple roll of the dice. Even in everyday business and at ASSOFLUID, everyone does their best to maximise the chances of success in their activities, in satisfying a customer or a member. We carry out our actions with this objective in mind, sometimes with the desired results, sometimes less so. Doing the right thing every time, despite everything and everyone, is what is expected from us. Being consistent with our membership mission makes ASSOFLUID more and more a point of reference. Let us commit ourselves to the best of our ability and we will move in the direction we have set out: one step at a time, inexorably. The year 2022 is going to be full of uncertainties, from raw materials and energy costs to transport and the continuing pandemic. We are already planning a number of activities involving our members in order to provide them with an extra input in what will again be a challenging year. First of all, we are finalising a questionnaire for everyone to freely express their opinion on the Association activities, which will be a useful springboard to dive into this new year that that looks complicated yet fascinating. Search for the meaning of things and the results will come. Enjoy the 2022 game and let’s have fun, consistently, while giving our best!
