Dopo il grado di tornitura rivestito in CVD MC6115, Mitsubishi Materials presenta adesso il nuovo grado MC6125, particolarmente versatile e in grado di assicurare alte prestazioni in svariate applicazioni. In virt\u00f9 di ci\u00f2, l\u2019MC6115 rappresenta una delle scelte pi\u00f9 accessibili nella selezione di un inserto per acciai da tornitura, garantendo una significativa riduzione dei costi di inventario. Il nuovo grado, anch\u2019esso rivestito in CVD come la qualit\u00e0 precedente, assicura elevata stabilit\u00e0 del tagliente e lunga durata dell\u2019utensile. L\u2019MC6125 rappresenta la combinazione ottimale tra un materiale di base a elevata durezza e un nuovo rivestimento multistrato in Al2O3, che conferisce una maggiore resistenza all\u2019usura in presenza di alte temperature. Cos\u00ec facendo \u00e8 stata migliorata sia la resistenza all\u2019usura sia la durata della vita utensile. \u00c8 possibile evitare le rotture che generalmente si verificano a causa degli impatti durante il taglio interrotto. Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 possibile grazie al rilascio della sollecitazione da trazione del rivestimento, ridotta dell\u201980% rispetto agli inserti in CVD convenzionali. Se durante la lavorazione si generano fratture nella superficie del rivestimento, causate dalla grande sollecitazione da trazione nella struttura del rivestimento, queste si propagano nel substrato diventando cos\u00ec una delle cause principali della rottura improvvisa dell\u2019inserto. MC6125 vanta un livello di sollecitazione molto pi\u00f9 basso rispetto ai rivestimenti in CVD convenzionali, grazie al trattamento superficiale che distribuisce la forza degli urti durante la lavorazione e previene rotture improvvise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sei geometrie negative con undici diversi rompitruciolo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La combinazione tra un robusto substrato e un rivestimento resistente all\u2019usura della nuova qualit\u00e0 sviluppata e realizzata da Mitsubishi Materials \u00e8 sinonimo di alte prestazioni sia durante il taglio continuo ad alta velocit\u00e0 sia in caso di taglio interrotto. Ci\u00f2 permette di coprire una pi\u00f9 ampia gamma di applicazioni di tornitura dell\u2019acciaio, dalle medie alle alte velocit\u00e0 di taglio. Gli inserti, rifiniti in colore oro per una facile identificazione dei taglienti usati, sono disponibili in sei geometrie negative (CNMG, DNMG, SNMG, TNMG, VNMG e WNMG) con undici diversi
