L\u2019utilizzo della nuova geometria garantisce forature stabili in applicazioni destinate al settore della meccanica generale e del comparto energia.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Da oltre 90 anni, Widia&#x2122; produce utensili di alta qualit\u00e0 per la fresatura, la tornitura, la foratura e la maschiatura destinati al settore della lavorazione dei metalli. Recentemente il portafoglio prodotti si \u00e8 arricchito con una nuova cuspide con geometria MS destinata alla sua famiglia di punte modulari pi\u00f9 venduta, la serie Top Drill&#x2122; Modular X (TDMX). La tasca a forma di \u201cX\u201d del corpo punta e la sede conica forniscono elevata stabilit\u00e0 in applicazioni impegnative, facilitando cos\u00ec la sostituzione dell\u2019inserto senza smontare il corpo dal mandrino. Queste caratteristiche chiave del design riducono l\u2019instabilit\u00e0 del taglio sperimentata con altre punte comunemente disponibili, consentendo al tempo stesso avanzamenti pi\u00f9 elevati e tempi e costi complessivi di set-up macchina ridotti. Tutte e tre le geometrie di inserti TDMX possono essere riaffilate per prolungare la durata dell\u2019utensile. Le punte della piattaforma TDMX sono disponibili in misure sia imperiali che metriche di 1,5xD, 3xD, 5xD, 8xD, 12xD e diametri da 16 a 40
