Il progetto <strong>SSTEF-1<\/strong> si incentra sullo sviluppo della tecnologia per le infrastrutture e le capacit\u00e0 dello spazio lunare e vicino alla Terra. Gli esperimenti di <strong>Stratasys <\/strong>saranno sponsorizzati da <strong>Northrop Grumman Corporation<\/strong>.<br>In questa missione, <strong>Stratasys <\/strong>fornir\u00e0 <strong>campioni stampati in 3D che saranno trasportati sulla superficie lunare da un lander senza equipaggio in una struttura contenitiva stampata in 3D<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Condotti diversi esperimenti<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tre materiali<\/strong> saranno al centro di due diversi esperimenti condotti da <strong>Northrop Grumman<\/strong>.<br>Il primo esperimento valuter\u00e0 le prestazioni di un campione realizzato con l&#8217;<strong>Antero<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> 800NA<\/strong> di <strong>Stratasys<\/strong>, un <strong>filamento FDM\u00ae rinforzato con tungsteno<\/strong>. L&#8217;<strong>Antero 800NA<\/strong> \u00e8 una termoplastica a base di <strong>PEKK <\/strong>ad alte prestazioni con eccellenti propriet\u00e0 meccaniche, resistenza chimica e basso degassamento. L&#8217;aggiunta di tungsteno serve a fornire una schermatura contro le radiazioni nocive, come i raggi gamma e i raggi X.<br>Il secondo esperimento passivo \u00e8 stato studiato per valutare le prestazioni dei materiali <strong>stampati in 3D<\/strong> nello spazio. Includer\u00e0 il <strong>filamento FDM Antero 840CN03<\/strong>, che ha propriet\u00e0 ESD per applicazioni di elettronica ed \u00e8 stato utilizzato sulla <strong>navicella Orion<\/strong>. Inoltre, verr\u00e0 testato anche un nuovo <strong>fotopolimero ESD<\/strong> prodotto da <strong>Henkel<\/strong>, partner di <strong>Stratasys<\/strong>, da utilizzare sulle <strong>stampanti 3D Origin<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> One<\/strong> di <strong>Stratasys <\/strong>e progettato per ambienti ad alte temperature.
