{"id":3876,"date":"2020-07-31T09:36:29","date_gmt":"2020-07-31T09:36:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.publiteconline.it\/assemblaggio\/?p=3876"},"modified":"2020-07-31T09:37:20","modified_gmt":"2020-07-31T09:37:20","slug":"wear-free-magnetic-hysteresis-couplings","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.publiteconline.it\/assemblaggio\/wear-free-magnetic-hysteresis-couplings\/","title":{"rendered":"Wear-free magnetic hysteresis couplings"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The permanent-magnetic hysteresis coupling MINEX-H series of KTR Systems, and distributed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mondial.it\/it\/landing\/37-nuovo_giunto_magnetico_permanente_di_ktr\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"undefined (apri in una nuova scheda)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mondial<\/a>, transmit the torque via magnetic forces; it is available in three sizes for overload torques from 1.2 to 6 Nm with a maximum speed of 1,800 RPM.<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mondial distributes permanent-magnetic hysteresis couplings MINEX-H series, developed by KTR Systems, which transmit the torque synchronously and contactless between the internal and external rotor via magnetic forces.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The particular feature of this new product is the integrated overload protection: when the operating torque exceeds the selected torque, the coupling slips while ensuring wear-free torque limitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apart from that the coupling can be applied as a brake in permanent slipping operation. In this case one rotor side is fixed while the other rotor side limits the tensile force set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For overload torques up to 6 Nm with a maximum speed of 1,800 RPM<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The internal rotor of MINEX-H is a hub made of stainless steel which the nickel-plated permanent magnets are arranged on.
