These sensors are designed to help manufacturers manage varied and flexible production needs more effectively. By maintaining stable detection without being influenced by varying sensing distances, colors, materials, or surfaces, the E3AS sensors make selection, adjustment, and maintenance tasks easier than ever, improving commissioning and operation rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">High stability and less need\nof maintenance \n<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\nE3AS family\u2019s sensing distance of 1,500 mm is five times longer\nthan that of previous models, and the full sensing range of 50 to\n1,500 mm eliminates the need for manufacturers to select different\nsensors for each application. <strong>The\ntime-of-flight (TOF) detection method ensures high detection\nstability <\/strong>regardless\nof the characteristics of target objects, making sensor selection and\nadjustment easier than ever. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In\naddition, <strong>the\nuse of an antifouling coating on the sensing surface reduces false\ndetection and minimizes maintenance needs<\/strong>\nin environments with oil, dust, or steam.
