These sensors are designed to help manufacturers manage varied and flexible production needs more effectively. By maintaining stable detection without being influenced by varying sensing distances, colors, materials, or surfaces, the E3AS sensors make selection, adjustment, and maintenance tasks easier than ever, improving commissioning and operation rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Only one sensor for all\napplications \n<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\nE3AS family\u2019s sensing distance of 1,500 mm is five times longer\nthan that of previous models, and the full sensing range from 50 to\n1,500mm <strong>eliminates\nthe need for manufacturers to select different sensors for each\napplication<\/strong>.\nThe time-of-flight (TOF) detection method ensures high detection\nstability regardless of the characteristics of target objects, making\nsensor selection and adjustment easy. In addition, the use an\nantifouling coating on the sensing surface reduces false detection\nand minimizes maintenance needs in environments with oil, dust, or\nsteam.
