The partnership will contribute to improving and speeding up material development cycles. Company executives will be available to discuss this latest joint-development effort at SEMICON Europa, taking place this week at the Messe Munich in Munich, Germany from 12<sup>th<\/sup> to 15<sup>th<\/sup> of November.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">An incubator for innovation<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EV Group\u2019s\nNILPhotonics Competence Centre provides an open access innovation\nincubator for customers and partners across the NIL supply chain to\ncollaborate to shorten development cycles and time to market for\ninnovative devices and applications. Infrastructure includes\nstate-of-the-art cleanrooms and equipment supporting key NIL\nmanufacturing steps such as step-and-repeat mastering, lens holding\nand SmartNIL technology, as well as wafer bonding and required\nmetrology. This provides a unique offering to easily access the\nlatest technologies and materials for WLO development, prototyping\nand manufacturing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Improving the know-how<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Close collaboration\nbetween materials suppliers and process equipment manufacturers is\nkey to enabling the development and refinement of processes needed to\nensure high reliability and manufacturability of WLO for high-quality\nproducts. This joint effort between EVG and DELO will support both\ncompanies in refining their processes and products, as well as\nstrengthening their expertise to address current and future market\nrequirements.
