The robot with a new vision
F4000 ELITE series robots, manufactured by Fisnar and distributed in Italy by ISCRA dielectrics, are three-axis benchtop robots designed to offer a high level of precision for fluid positioning and depositing. They are equipped with a robotic vision software which is easy to program and use, while at the same time allowing complex dosing cycles to be performed.
ISCRA dielectrics, the official distributor of Fisnar Europe, international leader in the manufacture and supply of fluid dispensing systems and equipment, presents the F4000 ELITE series, the innovative family of three-axis benchtop robots designed to offer the highest level of precision in automatic fluid positioning and depositing. ELITE robots are designed to include a CCD camera vision device, automatic nozzle alignment kit and laser sensor for nozzle height adjustment, enabling the system to adjust automatically depending on changes in the position of the part requiring dosing (orientation and height). These robots feature a maximum speed of 800 mm/sec on the X axis and 250 mm/sec on the Y/Z axis, and a repeatability of ±0.003 mm. Their work load is 25 kg, while the tool load is 6 kg. The working area is 300 x 300 x 100 mm in the F4303N ELITE model, while in the F4403N ELITE model it is 400 x 400 x 100 mm.
Complex dosing cycles thanks to the vision system
ELITE robots are specially built for fluid dispensing processes. The robotic vision software, proprietary to Fisnar, is characterised by ease of use and programming, and allows complex dosing cycles to be set up and carried out simply and intuitively. The additional auxiliary camera allows real-time visualisation and image capture as well as recording of the dispensing path. Additional features include CAD import and an offline measurement tool to further enhance user control of the dispensing process. Precision, innovation and performance characterise the ELITE series for increased productivity thanks to faster cycle times.
