Conosciuta come BrightLine Speed, questa soluzione innovativa offre importanti vantaggi per il taglio 3D di parti formate a caldo &#8211; per esempio, quelle utilizzate per produrre i montanti B e i telai delle porte nella produzione automobilistica. BrightLine Speed permette di aumentare la velocit\u00e0 di taglio fino al 60 percento per lamiere fino a quattro millimetri di spessore, con consumi ridotti del 50 percento in meno di gas da taglio per pezzo rispetto al taglio laser tradizionale. Inoltre, rende il processo di taglio fino al 15 percento pi\u00f9 produttivo con la stessa potenza laser, quindi ogni pezzo richiede meno energia con risparmi importanti dei costi.\u00a0 <br>Il cuore della BrightLine Speed \u00e8 un nuovo cavo di luce laser brevettato da TRUMPF, una speciale innovazione &#8220;2 in 1&#8221; con un nucleo interno e uno esterno in fibra. Un laser a disco TruDisk accoppia la luce laser nell&#8217;LLK e distribuisce la potenza laser ai nuclei interni ed esterni utilizzando un dispositivo noto come interruttore a cuneo. In questo modo si permette agli utenti di adattare la potenza del laser e il profilo del raggio in modo pi\u00f9 preciso e flessibile rispetto allo spessore del foglio in
