{"id":2864,"date":"2020-07-31T12:48:19","date_gmt":"2020-07-31T12:48:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aluminiumandalloys.com\/?p=2864"},"modified":"2020-07-31T12:48:21","modified_gmt":"2020-07-31T12:48:21","slug":"sistemi-di-visione","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.publiteconline.it\/ael\/sistemi-di-visione\/","title":{"rendered":"Sistemi di visione Imago per la cella di pressocolata"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mhira 3D, Anglerfish e Magpie sono i tre innovativi sistemi di visione realizzati da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imagovision.it\/it\/prodotti\/settore-pressofusione\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"undefined (apri in una nuova scheda)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Imago<\/a> che agiscono in modo integrato nell\u2019isola di pressocolata per il controllo di qualit\u00e0 di ogni singolo getto dopo le fasi di stampaggio, tranciatura e lavorazione meccanica<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I prodotti della moderna pressocolata richiedono controlli di qualit\u00e0 specifici, oggettivati e documentati. Per questo Imago, azienda con un\u2019esperienza ventennale nel settore del Controllo Qualit\u00e0 con sistemi di visione industriale, negli ultimi anni si \u00e8 specializzata nella realizzazione di dispositivi che consentano di tracciare tutta la produzione e di interagire in tempo reale con le macchine in ogni singola fase, al fine di garantire un miglioramento globale della qualit\u00e0. Imago ha realizzato tre macchine, Mhira 3D, Anglerfish e Magpie, da inserire e interfacciare nell\u2019isola di pressocolata, per effettuare il controllo di ogni singolo getto dopo le fasi di stampaggio, tranciatura e lavorazione meccanica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All\u2019estrazione del pezzo dalla pressa, Mhira 3D ne verifica l\u2019integrit\u00e0 e, tramite una mappatura termografica, analizza eventuali derive termiche. Dopo la fase di tranciatura, Anglerfish controlla le deformazioni e le rotture ispezionando la planarit\u00e0 e la regolarit\u00e0 delle aree tranciate. Infine, Magpie individua le porosit\u00e0, la rottura dei bordi e il residuo di bave non conformi che possono emergere dopo le lavorazioni meccaniche. Magpie realizza inoltre un controllo totale di fine linea che consente di fornire al cliente solo pezzi conformi. Questi sistemi offrono notevoli vantaggi, che non si limitano all\u2019elevata precisione dei risultati o alle innovative interfacce, ma vanno oltre fornendo, per ogni singolo pezzo prodotto, la possibilit\u00e0 di conservare i dati, le relative immagini e le specifiche di settaggio macchine: informazioni preziose interfacciabili con i sistemi gestionali aziendali per monitorare e migliorare la produzione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019obiettivo che Imago persegue ed eleva quotidianamente, nel settore della pressocolata ma non solo, \u00e8 il controllo completo dell\u2019intero ciclo produttivo, attraverso l\u2019utilizzo dei sistemi di visione e l\u2019impiego dell\u2019intelligenza artificiale. Il software sviluppato da Imago soddisfa le richieste dell\u2019Industria 4.0 e garantisce il mantenimento costante di un elevato standard produttivo.
